Tying perfect hair loops every time with the Hair Loop Tyer - by Richard Gardner
The 'Get Knotted' Hair Loop Tyer opens at one end only by sliding the brass tube. For convenience we'll call this open end 'the top'. Different people like to use the Tyer in different ways: some prefer to hold it in the right hand, some use the left... To try and simplify these instructions we have described what we consider to be the most common method, for most right handed people, but you may prefer to reverse or adapt the method to suit yourself. As with anything, do what works best for you and remember that practice makes perfect. It doesn't take very long to master and very soon you'll be making perfect hair loops in seconds, even in the dark.
Instructions:

1) Start with the Tyer in your right hand with the brass tube on the right. Slide down the brass tube with your thumb to open the gap. Double about 3" (7-8cm) of hair and place the loop into the gap. Close the gap by sliding up the brass tube with your thumb.
2) Rotate the Tyer clockwise about 3-4 turns to twist the line and stop with the brass tube on your right.
3) Bring your hands together and the twisted line will start to form a loop. The more twists you did in Step 2, the easier this loop will form.
4) Trap the loop with the thumb and forefinger of your left hand...
5) ...and pass the Tyer through the loop.
6) Hold the Tyer above the knot and pull gently. The knot will start to slide down the Tyer.
7) Pull the knot tight at the bottom of the Tyer.
8) Pull the finished knot to the top of the Tyer. If you grip the brass tube, the Tyer will open to release the loop.

Cam cit dureaza confectionarea buclei ca m am jucat cu un aparat de legat cirlige si ami venea sa mi dau palme,sa fiu sincer citeodata ami face placere sa rulez bilele cu mana sau cum bine zice un bun prieten par labas.Cu mana fac bucla in 2 ,3 secunde,e o simpla bucla cu agregatu ala as fi curios cit dureaza

Tot cam atat dureaza, dar are avantajul ca le poti face pe toate la fel de mari, , in functie de grosimea "agregatului". L-am confectionat, din curiozitate, l-am si testat/incercat si merge! La fel de bine merge si cu o sarma mai otelita in forma de U sau V mai turtita ca sa-i reglezi lungimea/marimea buclei. Este ingenios oricum, eu pentru bucle trebuia sa folosesc ochelarii, deh ... 45 de ani, bosorog, !, dar cu chestia asta merge si fara ei, unicul inconvenient gasit este ca ramane cam mult surplus de fir dupa ce legi bucla, ma rog nu foarte mult.
Curios este faptul ca acest mic truc a fost prezentat de Gardner in 2007 si nu a aparut in nici o revista de specialitate de-a noastra pana acum, sau poate ma-nsel!
